The story is that the nurse didn't pass on the fact he came from Africa.

I know for a fact that a LA state trooper pulled someone over on 10/1 who had travelled from Africa and reported Flu-like symptoms. The officer spent a day in quarantine in the hospital.
Over reaction, maybe. But IMO it's better to be safe than sorry.
