Pirro convenes special grand jury in Washington

This could potentially be a very big deal.
Special grand juries are rarely used in Washington and can conduct lengthy investigations into complex or serious wrongdoing.
Unlike a normal grand jury, this one may also have the power to issue a public report about what it uncovers even if no criminal charges result.
The biggest unanswered question is what or who it has been convened to investigate. Until that becomes known, we shouldn’t jump to conclusions, but this is definitely something worth watching closely.

Pirro is a scrapper. It’s likely she recognized that the pool vandal only aggravated a faulty liner application, which no Jury would vote to deem criminal.
This will allow a complete airing of all evidence. As it should be. And likely take off the table the Vandal’s coming Civil lawsuit. As he was definitely an anti-Trump activist seeking to exacerbate damage for political harm.

Trump has publicly stated that pardons will not be challenged-it opens a can of worms.
