Maybe, but I think they'd have to be close to someone inside.
The thing is, they created the emergency to declare an emergency so they could push the certification through with any objections.
And that's what they got.
When they reconvened it was under some emergency rule with no objections or debate allowed.

Al they had to do was to stream the news on their phone. No need to have connections to someone inside, it was being broadcast live.

They put safeguards in the constitution for these types of things. They just never thought that while one half of the political machine pisses all over the constitution while trampling those safeguards, the other half just watches with bare arms.

And the so-called pipe bomb looked exactly like an FBI training bomb. The bomb dogs never detected it, suggesting it was nothing more than a prop. It also had a 60 minute analog timer on it, yet was placed there the night before?
