Photogs reveal state secrets

This has to be against the law.
The President explicitly says that the details of an agreement are essentially secret and will be revealed at a later time.
Then candy-arse photogs zoom in on the document, publish it, including its contents
What if this were a hig-level security matter???
There has to be jail time for this.
