Phoenix AZ Mayor calls on Trump to cancel rally

He also about orders POTUS to not dare pardon Sheriff Joe during the event.
I posted the craigslist ad for the dems paying protesters in Phoenix AZ. So the dems are ready to rumble their ANTIFA BS.
What say you, should Trump cancel to keep the peace, or should he go and do whatever he intended, pardoning Joe and what not? I think as POTUS he will have the security and frick the dem Mayor.

frick no he shouldn't cancel , he should the POS mayor of Phoenix that if conservatives are attacked in Phoenix and the police stand idly by like we've seen in other cities the DoJ will rain holy hell down on them with all manner of civil rights violation suits.

Sheriff Joe is deservedly in jail and fairly unpopular.
I don't think this will be as well received in the long term as it will be at his little rally.
In a time when there is a movement for equal justice against police that perpetrate crimes, I don't think pardoning a corrupt sheriff is a good call, but to the victors go the spoils.

The Mayor should welcome the opportunity to show the country that Phoenix can handle political discourse responsibly and fairly. He should also give POTUS the benefit of the doubt that that his intention is unity and producing a positive message.
That last part puts some responsibility on the mayor and the media to not have a prepared speech condemning Trump before he even gets there.
I don't know much of the Sherrif Joe thing. Anytime people say something fairly neutral (assuming people won't be negatively impacted by a political opponent being pardoned) will divide us, I get the feeling they are the ones preparing the divisive rhetoric in response.
Maybe he can not do it Tuesday, but do it Friday.

Trump can and should federalize and call up troops from the Arizona Guard to protect rallygoers because of tactics used by the Democrat Administration in Charlottesville.
And he should look that Dem Phoenix mayor dead in the eyes and say it. We cannot trust you to protect your citizens BECAUSE of events in Charlottesville.
