This speaks to the meltability of both sides. I was cruising the subreddit of federal employees, and they are already losing their mind even after last night’s monumental/incredibly predictable results from last night:
"in exchange for a future vote on health care"
quote:
A group of Senate centrists has discussed a deal that would involve a short-term funding plan — likely through January — as well as a package of three bipartisan full-year bills that include priorities for both parties. Republicans would also commit to a future vote on extending the Obamacare subsidies, though Senate Democrats — including Minority Leader Chuck Schumer — have previously said it is not enough to get their votes.

"Roughly a dozen Senate Democrats have privately signaled they are willing to support a stopgap funding deal to reopen the government in exchange for a future vote on health care" Dems just won an amazing voting night, and immediately started caving? Sounds like we are stealing defeat from the jaws of victory.

we are on the verge of victory with an upward swing in momentum and a dozen senators are ready to wave the white flag. quite literally unbelievable.

So.. Dems sweep and... They want to capitulate??? Huh?!?

Call your legislators. Call Schumer, and call these centrists Dem morons to let them know how you feel. This is bullshite.
