I'm sure he did, world leaders that are allies call all the time with information and Intel on adversaries. This talking point that Bibi is leading Trump around by the nose, and that he does whatever Bibi says is laughable. Because Trump was decisive doesn't seem he was coerced
Into taking action.

While Trump is needlessly burning precious political capital on yet another Middle Eastern war, the feckless Repubes in the Senate can’t even muster enough votes to pass the SAVE Act. Trump himself has declared that Iran’s military capability has been 100% destroyed, it’s nuclear weapons program has been obliterated and that regime change has been accomplished.
All the more reason Trump can declare victory, bring the troops home and focus on defeating the Dems in November. If the Democrats aren’t defeated in the midterms, the exact identity of Iran’s so-called supreme leader — some fundamentalist cleric cowering in a bunker — will be the least of our worries.
