He did not vote for Trump, but he respects the rules of law and rights of Americans.

Good interview on Fox&Friends.

His application process is taking a long time...perhaps this interview on Fox & Friends will expedite the hiring

The left has no compass, or rule of law. Power and winning, and pure fascism is what they are, even though that’s what they say they are against, but look at their actions, not their words...

I'm hoping his stance on the ACLU will spell the end of that organization.

I do disagree with his stance that Comey committed no crimes. He has generally defaulted to a position that none of the key actors in the current drama have committed crimes. He seems to want to reset things and start from scratch with a recalibrated moral and legal compass. That would be nice but I don't think it's in the best interests of the nation. These people broke the law and need to be held accountable, legally.

Dershowitz has said multiple times he will not work for the President because he believes POTUS won’t listen to him.

The Dem politicians can’t. They promised impeachment by God, they’d better deliver.

Yeah that's where I disagree with him as well. There has to be consequences as a deterrent. Or it will surely happen again because you're proving there are in fact two systems of justice and some are above the law.

I saw him on Hannity right after the inauguration and he was spouting some BS about Hilldawg not behaving in a criminal manner when she destroyed subpoenaed evidence, I disagree, I would love to see how many private citizens get away with that.

Dershowitz is on point with regard to civil liberties - and it's been his 'line in the sand' for his entire career.

However, you don't swim in the waters he's been in, and stay at Harvard as long as he was there, without becoming entangled. His stance of forgive and move on is mostly out of self-preservation, in my opinion. But again, he's right about the civil liberties piece.

True.

But people on the left have no respect for the rule of law.

He isn’t afflicted with TDS, unlike 98% of the Democratic Party.

Being a good Dem these days (OK for awhile now) means being anti-anything Rep.....and vice versa.

Dershowitz has hurt his overall credibility because he has been one of the people on the legal team helping Julian Assange.

No matter how correct he maybe by helping Assange I don’t trust anything he says politically. He has a history of helping people that are guilty(OJ, Mike Tyson, Jim Bakker etc...)

Plus, Dershowitz is honest which is very rare for a liberal.

You can share a country with someone like Dershowitz. The modern democrat party and the Soros funded left, not so much.

He needs to work for the president though. The president needs competent counsel. Skelow and Cobb aren't cutting it. The letter sent to the federal judge is just a giant fail across many point. Frankly it looks like Trump wrote it, then an intern fixed grammatical errors.
