Because you are advocating investigating a false premise with this Russian stuff. It is amazing the amount of money you want wasted to investigate a Q level conspiracy theory.

Mueller indicted Russians with indisputable computer forensics backing him up. The witches have been found.

This thread has kind of taken on the quality of those mob movies where the wiseguys taunt the coppers about how "ya can't prove anything".

The witches we wanted to find have been found. Never forget that.

How did those witches impact the election?

Remember, our President said the following;
quote:

President Barack Obama has a blunt message for Donald Trump: “Stop whining.”

Speaking alongside Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi in the Rose Garden, Obama dismissed Trump's incessant talk of a rigged election as a whimper coming out of a campaign that treats this election like a joke.

There is no serious person out there who would suggest somehow that you could even rig America’s elections, in part because they’re so decentralized and the numbers of votes involved,” Obama said.

Vote rigging is clearly not the same thing as illegally conspiring to effect the outcome of an election.

It the equivalent of disabling a bomb vs convincing a person not to detonate the bomb. Two different things.

Yeah... let's compare Trump and Capone, because they are exactly alike. One was a murderous mobster and the other dared to run against Hillary. (who was also a murderous mobster... well, at least murderous...)

Can you quote where in the US Code it is illegal to effect the outcome of an election? Because conspiring is only illegal if the underlying action is illegal.

For example, if you and I conspire to make Chicken look like a fool, that's not illegal. Because making Chicken look like a fool isn't illegal.

Do you get my point, or was my post just completely a waste of time? Serious question.

"You're nuthin' but a lotta talk and a badge!" - Alfonse [sic] Capone in The Untouchables

The irony of this is too good for it never to be manifested. On second thought, that's @real's whole Twitter account and 90% of his speeches.

Here's one:

quote:

Trump announced a major speech promising revelations about his opponent (a speech that he would promise again the following week but never actually deliver). Such campaign encouragement of, or involvement in, illegal Russian activity would not just implicate conspiracy law. The Russian conduct appears to have violated federal anti-hacking statutes, such as the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the Wiretap Act. The Wiretap Act is especially relevant because we know that the Russians infected the DNC servers with malware that transmitted emails to the Russians’ main server in real time. They were literally intercepting communications, one of the precise activities the act criminalizes.

Here's another:

quote:

If the president knowingly accepted something of value from the Russians, such as harmful information about his opponent, that could be an illegal contribution by foreign nationals. That is an election law crime. If he accepted that information in exchange for the promise of some action (like taking a more accommodating posture toward the Russian invasion of Ukraine) that he or his administration would take if his campaign proved successful, that could constitute an illegal quid pro quo — that is, bribery.

Many people have said that Manafort will tell the MHI™ that trump coordinated with the Russians on the release of the DNC emails!

Wasn't that the one where @real asked the Russians to get off their arse and do some hacking, which they did later that same day?

IF IF IF .

Here's an if question. If you're so fricking concerned about bribery, why aren't you all over the Justice Department demanding that Rosie O Donnell be charged and tried for same because she absolutely, positively bribed 2 US Senators, every person who has access to a TV, or the internet knows this is a fact. It would take a jury about 30 seconds to convict.

Oh thats right.........
