This is a wonderful instance which shows how the lies you are fed by right wing media are irreconcilable with reality. If Clinton was trafficking children for abuse, there would be a criminal prosecution and the evidence would be on every front page in the world. But yet no one is even looking into it. Why is that? Because it is a lie. Pure fiction.
Yet here we have the Trump Foundation being sued with very specific allegations which constitute illegality under New York law, and for which evidence is available for anyone who wants to find it, and you say it's some kind of fake. Why is that? Because you are lying to run cover.
Now you will say "na-uh, you're lying." But you will still have the irreconcilable difference between what right wing propaganda says is reality and what is actually reality.

Not sure you get how it works. If the monies went to a charitable entity, it is pretty much a-ok. If there is alleged self dealing or no charitable expenditures then there is an entire body of tax code dedicated to whether or not Jose expenses or self dealing activities are exceptions to the normal prohibition.

Are you saying there was an admission of guilt? The judge found trump violated the tax code? Please link that. I hadn’t seen that. I thought it was simply dissolving the foundation (which trump has been trying to do for months) and allowing the AG to distribute the funds. By all means, if you have a link to a finder of fact confirming illegal actions...I’d love to see it.
