Again you are being dishonest. He isn't punishing countries for not keeping their citizens from traveling. HE's punishing countries that aid and abet their citizens in invading our country.
And to add insult to injury, these countries are taking money from us that was originally intended to improve their own countries so that their people wouldn't want to come here. What the hell benefit are we getting from that money? None, so why spend it?

Neither of those are happening because the Mexican populace hates (actually despises) Guatemalans, Hondurans, and Nicaraguans and they don't want them setting up tent in Mexico. It is too late for Mexico because they want this to be the US's problem not Mexico's problem. Once they overwhelmed them at the border gate it was all over for them to stop this Caravan. Now the locals are giving these people food and water to keep on moving North so they don't stay in their towns in Mexico.
This is why it is too late for Mexico to do anything.

Even their own obtuse argument is stupid. If an army of people from country A invades country B, country A cant just say "sorry they just wanted to leave" and suffer no consequence. At no point in human history has this ever been the case where people are just able to invade another countries borders demanding food, shelter, money and legal protections.
