The World, who has been getting over on us at every turn, is now concerned about America's leadership. Foreign leaders are probably worried our trade agreements (which favor them) are jeopardized. Or that they're going to be made to actually contribute financially to our defense of their country.

Trump is viewed as weak and inept by world leaders
Canada, mexico, britain, germany, Russia is laughing its arse off, have all had leaders questioned Trump's decisions publicly
trade agreements take decades, untold numbers of man hours, to negotiate so when a leader decides to back out of them...
would you negotiate with that leader. does that not make other leaders concerned whether or not America is going to honor its agreements. that is a direct hit on our bargaining power and credibility.
