At some level, the "incompetence" becomes too egregious to be incompetence. I think these are fair questions to ask right now considering the most green of security personnel is unlikely to leave this building uncovered - especially if reports are correct and police were using the building and discussing the building as a potential threat the day before.

Also consider other errors.
Lets assume the authorities merely screwed up and left the building uncovered. And lets further assume the counter sniper couldnt paint his target due to the roof line. And lets assume authorities struggled to get to the suspect due to fences, roof height, etc. We know they were aware of a wouldbe shooter at least 2 minutes prior to shots being fired, so why was Trump not IMMEDIATELY ushered off stage? Zero action was taken until the shooter was able to sight in and pull the trigger. The deep states single most hated human ever gets shot and you are going to chalk ALL of these things up to incompetence without any intellectual curiosity whatsoever? C'mon.
