Yes, we put guns to the Russians' heads and said invade or we will kill you.
In other news, America has decided to make Mexico the next 10 states because the Russians support their leftist government and we need to save the English speaking mormons from the nazi cartels.
We were forced
Damn you're gullible.

we also spent the better part of 6 years (maybe longer) pushing ridiculous propaganda about Russia, the Trump Russia nonsense, blaming them for election interference, etc…
Then when Trump was pushed out via stolen election; we start beating war drums and pushing to expand the NATO umbrella
We backed them into a corner and acted surprised when they reacted
We also blew up their pipe line and are now assisting in targeting sites in their country
We’ve been fricking around, I hope we scale this horse shite back before we find out
So the best you can come up with a reason to invade and kill people is mean tweets? I mean frick, you think we offended them so much with our mean words and not electing a more friendly candidate our president that we forced them to kill a frickload of people?
The pipeline btw. 6 months AFTER they invaded so a bit hard to use that as a reason for war.
Lol, this reasoning is like the dude who beats his wife because he gets yelled at by customers during work.

What action did we take that forced Russia to roll tanks into Ukraine lob missiles killing women and children, and artillery strike entire cities to rubble?
When it comes to regime change, Putin is a toddler compared to the CIA.

The US still considers Cuba to be a terrorist nation.
Wasn't for about 6 years there. Trump ended up putting them back on the list when they wouldn't extradite the ELN bombers back to Columbia.

The CIA and KGB were pretty heinous back in the day. It was nice for a period after the cold war ended that most of that shite stopped.
What Putin lacks in finesse though he more than makes up for in sheer brutality.

FFS.
What does he say about shelling apartment complexes and kidnapping and trafficking Ukraine children?
He doesn't have to say it, but I can/will...
You're a propagandized, brainwashed, fool.

Why do so many people cheer for WWIII???

So I'll ask again, what did we do that required Russia to invade a sovereign nation?
Imagine if you will this scenario: Texas gains its independence from the US. China then begins to influence the new regime to align with other BRICS nations, while at the same time courting Mexico and Canada to do the same. Is the US going to sit still and let it happen?

Cuba is probably the most accurate comparison
We didn’t squeeze Russia regarding Cuba until they were ready to put nukes there.
Nothing of the sort was going down in Ukraine.

What Russia says is not all that inaccurate but they are also shitheads themselves. This isn’t good vs evil. It’s evil vs tad more evil

Wow - this would NEVER have escalated like this with Trump n office - hell the main reason Trump is so hated is that he stayed the wars that allowed the great grifts
You’ve just outed yourself as a moron
What Trump may or may not have done is just a guess, but we can look at what he did do during his time in office. Dumb shite like saying it would never happen under Trump is just moronic, it was happening with Trump in office just not with as much intensity.
If Trump wanted to resolve this matter, he had 4 years between 2016 and 2020 when they were shelling each other. Instead he just kicked the can down the road.

We never really squeezed Cuba, but the Bay of Pigs preceded the Cuban missile crisis. We definitely tried to support a coup, but definitely nowhere near a full scale invasion and incorporation like in Ukraine today.

Did the Russian go into detail as to why Russia invaded Chesnya? Georgia? The Donbas? Crimea?
Were all four invasions were the result of the red line being crossed? What excuse is there?
I won’t even go back farther and ask what ref line was crossed when they invaded Poland, or when they directly aided N Korea and killed Americans. You guys will day that was way back when and those bad Russians are gone.
I don’t buy it Russia is s combative nation and fights wars against her neighbors all the time.
Any intelligent leader in Europe would be a fool not to get their nation in NATO.

Yes, we put guns to the Russians' heads......
Reminds me of FDR and the Tokyo blockade. No gun was put to the heads of the Japanese eirther. NATO is now in Russia's back yard after the US and NATO promised not one inch eastward in 1990. Maybe, there are those who would love to see the great conflict between Russia and USA in order to take advantage of the US Russia post war weaknesses after such conflict.
Wonder who wants to see a weakened US and Russia simultaneously? Who holds that grudge?

I'm sure we would try to influence then as their major trade partners, but if Texas, Canada, and Mexico voted in China friendly governments, we aren't rolling tanks into Austin (as much as that shithole city needs to be bombed).
I honestly can't think of any scenario where the US invades into a neighbor and claim their land.
There's literally no justification outside of an imminent threat to Russia. Just having a government that's not friendly isn't a good enough reason. Hell Russia has a border with Finland for decades, which as far as grudges has a pretty damn big one with them.
