Other than “Not Democrats”, what case has the GOP made for itself?

Not Trump. The party.
Do I want a Democrat-controlled Congress? No.
Can I point to anything the Republican-led Congress has done that I am enthused by? Also no.
Voting against today’s Democrats is still an argument for my vote, but the difference will be with a lot of people who see no reason to vote FOR either party.

I think many here including myself said Trump would get little help from the uniparty. And here we are.

Honestly, until the Democratic Party proves otherwise this^^^ is sufficient.
