Plan is to put all government spending on the blockchain so it can be transparently observed and tracked by all interested citizens as it occurs transparently.
See 2nd edition released recently:
They just put the last state of the economy report data on the blockchain recently.
Have to reign in all of the fraud, waste, and abuse pro-actively in real time in addition to cutting down to smaller government if we want to be able to replace income taxes with tariffs.
Things like the fed government taking partial ownership of companies it bails out (Intel), and patents from inventions made in fed funded schools ( both in the news lately) will also help replace taxes to fill the coffers.
Multi-pronged attack.

Trump really screwed Americans with his management of COVID.
He loves the CDC and his precious technocratic jab manufacturers too much to have shut down their talking points and prevented runaway inflation via the CAREs Act and killing and maiming folks with WARP Speed, setting the stage for whomever was running the Biden admin to withhold livelihoods from folks over an experimental injection.
Major follower, not the leader we needed to combat such a scam.
