Governor Roy Cooper. He’s a moderate southern democratic governor that could appeal to independents. I’m not sure democrats will run a moderate candidate though after Bernie’s success.

There’s no such thing as a moderate democrat. What does that even mean?

Not a chance he gets the nomination.

Why do people think that rank and file Democrats are interested in moderates? If not for the DNC rigging their primaries and early black voting, Bernie is the 2016 nominee

Roy Cooper would have to choose between running for reelection as Governor and President in 2020. It can't be both.

I'm not sure if he's willing to abide the possibility of a republican winning the Governor's mansion again just to run a longshot bid in the primaries with more liberal democrats.

Nothing about 2020 worries me. I’m still not tired of winning. We are seeing the great3st POTUS ever in action. Plans are in action to relocate Washington from the centerpiece of Mt Rushmore to put Trump’s head etched in stone.

God bless the crooks and blacks in the DNC for saving us from any possibility of a communist in the White House.

Cheating and a good old fashioned plantation mindset in the south saved this country

He’s moderate, white, male, southern.

No way today’s liberal progressive democrats nominate him.

But I could see him chosen as a running mate.

She's a non-issue. Remember she spoke up after the election and got the Kanye treatment. The DNC told her to shut her mouth, that she was speaking out of turn, threatened to take her money from her etc. She's been silent ever since. Also, she has been anti-gun. So she's currently despised by the right and the establishment on the left.

Not mentioned enough. I think that there is an investigation going on in the DOJ regarding violations of federal law by certain members of the DNC and rigging 4 primary elections in the Midwest to enable Hillhead to get the nomination. You want to know what Sessions is up to? (among other things Hillhead)

Yep - and she's had some good things to say. But she thinks independently and the DNC won't have that. I respect her independence but she's a non-starter for me due to her stance on 2A.

I have as much chance of being their nominee as that guy.

The only "moderate" they will ever nominate is some leftist lying about being moderate like any of their congressional cndidates.
