There are certainly outlier examples here and there, but overall, regular ole citizens aren't going to do anything to put an end to this.

I can’t imagine trying to save your business against those Subhumans, but people have to know that when you’re in a crowd like that you’ve got to have somebody looking after you. Especially with these ghetto rats who are brazenly and openly rioting for no damn reason.
