Maybe OK should have planned for that possibility, though. I'm not a doc so don't know what, if anything, could have been done to remedy or prevent the problem ... other than a bullet.

Horrible story. Amazing how many of you don't trust the government to run and administer a food stamp program but are totally okay with it carrying out murder.
