How many times have they appealed and verdict upheld? That’s right. You don’t know. Do you believe in science lib? Check the dna on the bandana and get back to me. Wake the f@ck up

Don’t know why you keep referring to me as a lib, but nothing you just posted has anything to do with the content of my post. So I’ll post it again.

We have an eye witness who never saw a face, and a weapon found on the property that his defense team contends was planted by the other individuals involved - which is at least plausible.

You just love your big government, don’t you? Just admit it.

DNA doesn't lie. The defense asked for a dna test and the state agreed. They even let them choose who did the testing. The result was this:

quote:

The conclusive results of the DNA profile show the probability of the DNA belonging to someone other than Jones is one in 110 million African Americans.

DNA

I know witnesses aren't always reliable , but the witness isn't the only bit of evidence in this case.

The guy is guilty.

So please explain how his dna got on the red bandana the gun was wrapped in located in his own house and his DNA that was also at the scene of the murder? Guess his friend also planted his dna at the scene right? His friend must be a freaking criminal mastermind. Think about all that for a couple mins first….

And the guy is claiming he was 30 miles away when the crime was committed.

It’s hard to believe people are this stupid. But then again it’s why we have a dementia patient running the country.

Unbelievably frustrating to deal with people that are too lazy to look at facts over feels.

The gun was found in his parents house. Wrapped in the red bandanna with his dna. Ammo magazine found matching murder weapon hidden behind door chime at parents house. I could go on…..

But it could’ve been planted…with his DNA, lol. That’s not reasonable folks.

Why do you just keep ignoring the DNA evidence... Nobody gives a frick about an eye witness when DNA tells the actual story

Reasonable enough that a death sentence shouldn’t be on the table, IMO.

You ever left a hat at a friend’s house? Let someone borrow a jacket? Doesn’t sound unreasonable to consider.

I think there has to be some gaps filled in by common sense and logic to conclude he is guilty - which is fine, and is the case with the vast majority of criminal cases. My only argument is that when the death penalty is on the table, there shouldn’t be any gaps to fill in for that punishment to be handed down.

Read the trial transcript... Enough evidence to remove reasonable doubt. Dude is guilty, which is why he's lost all appeals and despite his death sentence being commuted is still in prison for the rest of his life.

Yeah yeah. Nobody is arguing his guilt. I am arguing the state’s authority & grossed out by conservatives cheering them on.

You are arguing that it's plausible that he didn't do it... Read the transcript, it's not

You know you are wrong. You made a virtue statement on a case you know nothing about and are now trying to dig your way out.

Keep digging.

It’s enjoyable.

I’m arguing that it’s not open/shut enough to allow the state to kill one of its citizens. I don’t have a problem with you not agreeing with that. That’s just my opinion.

I’d say there’s a 99.99% chance he’s guilty, FWIW.

You are literally rambling about nothing. Go away. Enjoy your big government. Their overreach, their handouts, etc. Have fun.
