Through this blackout, this is what I see:
I hear the choir of our past mistakes,
A song of ash where the foundation breaks.
I see the concrete where our heroes bled,
The silent streets paved with our slaughtered dead.

"I see the poison of a deep betrayal,
A brother’s final stand against the gale—
Holding the line when everything goes black,
With 40 days of ruin on his back.

But now I see the beast upon the brink,
I watch its blackened, rotting armor shrink.
I hear the rattle of its final breath,
A fractured hydra choking on its death.

I see the smoke clear as the shadows part,
A man walking home with a beating heart
Alive and free beneath the breaking sky,
Because this time, it is the butcher who must die."

Have faith in that, and in a free, prosperous Iran.

Believe in a better tomorrow and fight for your beliefs.
Do not let despair get a hold of you. Keep on fighting whichever way you can.

If you are breathing free air, the Crown Prince's call to gather in front of US embassies is a perfect example of what you can do if you're abroad and want to have an actual effect in this fight.

Turn the gears from the outside. We will hold the line on the inside.
