It would be worth keeping the counties who were originally east the Berlin Wall, then on our world tour of liberations deposing Keir and brining the UK back into the fold. Kick the rest of Europe and augment them with rising countries Argentina El Salvador maybe and things like that

Iran certainly had built quite an arsenal, they had to feel empowered.
Our military along with Israel has to have made one hell of an impression on other powers to be on how quickly and damn near completely they have been dismantled in such a short time.
Just wow at how many sites have been hit and how much they actually had built up over the years.
Most to be smoked within a few weeks.
Impressive to say the least by our military might!!!

Have carried Europe for some 75 to 100 years while they in turn became Progressive cesspools. We need to re-think WWI/WWII/Cold War alliances from today's perspective and going forward

That along with the island pumping station is where I think we may see troops on the ground. Sites like that.

The weird thing about the naval component of going to war with Iran is that despite the US being the largest Navy in the world by almost any meaningful measure...we actually just don't have enough vessel and manpower to keep the gulf trade routes open.
Aircraft carriers aren't what we need right now, what we need to absolutely cover the strait with destroyers and minesweepers so Iran can't have a commando go skinny dipping without a boat on their arse before they come back up for air.
I think our doctrine of "aircraft carrier group maxxing" doesn't really fit what a modern war with cheap and plentiful drones ends up degrading down to after the initial shock and awe.
