Moment of the attack on IRIB (Jame Jam)
quote:
They've hit the Sanandaj Broadcasting Center. The whole country's affected. I just tested it on Telebion, and its broadcast has stopped. That's how they should hit Tehran.
IRIB is the regime's main tool for governance and connecting with its supporters. Through this, the regime drags its fans out into the streets every night to preserve the regime.
As long as IRIB keeps broadcasting, ordinary people can't finish the job. And there's no need to hit the IRIB studios just so some folks can spout nonsense about human rights. It's enough to take out the towers, antennas, and transmitters. The goal is to cut off the program broadcasts, not to kill a bunch of scum.
quote:
A IRGC base is adjacent to the IRIB; it's possible that was the main target.

Its very hard for US citizens having never been in military service or traveled the world to appreciate our freedoms. And we can never fully comprehend what Iranian citizens have gone through for 47 years.
Say a word wrong you are dead. Look at someone wrong you are dead. Get caught with certain items you are dead. And many more atrocities
Imagine living that for all your years. And now you see the USA fighting that evil empire who likely killed a family member or close friend along the way.
The people will remember this for a long time. We are the only ones who gave them hope. Living your whole life in fear and now you can see a light coming. It must be hard to contain the joy and the waiting for the call to revolt. But they know its coming.

In a notable development, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held a phone conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, and committed to send Chinese envoys to the Middle East in an attempt to mediate some sort of peace process between nations that are involved in the conflict with Iran.

MUST WATCH: @PeterSchweizer says that China is “PANICKING” over the Iran War
“China has LOST two of its most important allies in the developing world”
“Half of their OIL is suddenly NOT AVAILABLE to them”
“China provided their MOST ADVANCED Air Defense capabilities to Iran— we COMPLETELY DESTROY THEM”

Gotta believe when our military saw the Chyna planes landing there over the past month and suspected to be bringing in high tech stuff - our military was probably ecstatic knowing they could defeat it easily. Hell, we may have provided fighter escorts.
Amazing how tables turned. There were many on here worried about what the Chinamen were bringing. Turns out to be garbage.
Granted, I doubt they brought their best stuff but Iran was very important to them due to oil and at cheap prices. So it wasn’t their bargain bin stuff either.

Persian woman says voting for Donald Trump was “the best decision of my life” after the Iran strike
“I have been in this country for 26 years. I never voted for anybody, no president, because I didn't believe in none of them. Not Democrats, not Republicans. I didn't vote for any of them. The only time I voted was last election.
I voted for Mr. Trump and I think I did the best decision in my life, not as my vote was important, but for me, I think it was the right decision to trust somebody who wanted to do the right things for 80 million people
If you American live in this country and you hated him, or you hate him, I don't know about you, but for us, for 80 million people, he did the right things. I am so proud of him. I am so proud of being an American, and I just pray for him and his family. He rescued 80 million people after 47 years”
“We are not Arabs. We are Persians and Persians are proud of their civilization. We get our country back, we get our civilization back, and we are gonna fix this country. I just wanna say thank you, thank you, thank you, Mr. Trump. God bless America, and God bless my country. Thank you.”
When one vote is worth more than the ‘I voted for him three times, but..’ crowd

Id wager, or guess, that the kurds going in via the northwest, their ethnic "territory", the goal is to eliminate IRGC forces on the ground in a fairly rural area. I don't see the Kurds leaving that area, at all.
I'd almost call it a beach head. Have the Kurds secure their own "territory" and let the CIA and special forces/Mossad work out of that region. I'd imagine they'd do something similar in the southern coastline.
At the endo of the day, they are going to have to be able to communicate and organize the Iranian civilians that are willing to fight. They also need a reasonable ground base of operations to secure nuclear (former) sites and go looking for the hidden uranium.
We'll have boots on the ground but it will all be CIA and special forces.

Bill O’Reilly reveals that he spoke in length with President Trump prior to Iran strikes and Trump didn’t want to have to go in.
He says Trump offered the mullahs an incredible deal and they still told him “blank you.”
O’REILLY: “He didn’t want to move.”
“I spoke with him lengthy on the phone and he offered the mullahs a really good deal to get out of this, to give up their nuke program and their ballistic missiles and the United States and other countries would then rebuild their economy, help them with a safe energy nuke energy.”
“And the mullahs just basically said blank you.”
“We’re not going to do it.”
“So if you’re president and you know, there is a clear and present danger because, you know that the mullahs are reconstituting their nuclear program after being bombed out last June — you know that — and then the persian people are on the up rise, you’re going to do it.”
“And you’re not going confer with Chuck Schumer before you do it.”

In reality, Iran already struck first several times.

IRGC CONTINUES TO TARGET CIVILIANS
Iran’s regime is firing cluster munitions at Israeli civilians — weapons banned in much of the world for their indiscriminate impact.
They scatter dozens of explosives over wide areas, designed to maximize destruction and civilian injuries rather than precision.

I'm getting tired of explaining this, but I'll do it again because there is so much stupidity out there.
Here is the Seven Step Plan:
1. Decapitate Iran's leadership and destroy its military.
2. A new regime comes to power that will no longer fund Hamas/Hezbollah.
3. Without Iranian arms and cash, Palestinians have no choice but to make a lasting peace with Israel.
4. With the Palestinian conflict ended, the Gulf Arab countries will have the political breathing room to fully engage with Israel as a regional partner.
5. Peace in the Middle East, at long last.
6. Trump once again gets rebuffed for the Nobel Peace Prize in favor of a transgender Coptic nun in Madagascar who rescued a species of hermit crabs.
7. Profit.

One mistake many people make, even those not afflicted with TDS, is assuming that President Trump is a buffoon who acts on impulse. What they miss is that for him much of politics is performance. Sometimes the act is serious, sometimes playful, sometimes convincingly delivered, sometimes deliberately over the top. The effect is that no one is quite sure which version they are seeing at any given moment.
This all keeps opponents from knowing what he is really thinking or planning, which in turn gives him leverage not just in negotiations but across the entire political and strategic playing field, because people who cannot anticipate your next move are already operating at a disadvantage.
He has used this approach constantly. Even when he was out of office he kept teasing that he might or might not run again, despite knowing all along that he would. The same pattern appeared with Iran. He authorized the strikes and then casually went to Whataburger, joking around as if nothing unusual was going on.

The Israeli military outlined how Israel and the U.S. are dividing responsibilities in the campaign against Iran.
Geographically, the Israeli Air Force is striking ballistic missile launchers and military assets in western and central Iran, areas used to fire long range missiles at Israel. U.S. forces are focusing on southern Iran, where shorter range missiles have been launched at American bases in the Gulf.
The two militaries have also split targets. U.S. forces are leading operations against the Iranian Navy, while Israel is concentrating on regime and strategic sites in Tehran and other critical infrastructure.
The Israeli Air Force is heavily relying on U.S. aerial refueling. The U.S. tanker fleet is roughly 10 times larger than Israel’s, and dozens of refueling aircraft have been deployed to support operations.
Israeli officials describe the campaign as the first full scale joint war between Israel and the U.S., following months of planning. Joint coordination cells in both countries are synchronizing intelligence, targeting, and defense operations, with more than 1,000 American troops currently stationed in Israel.
IDF Chief Zamir has been speaking daily with CENTCOM commander Adm. Cooper as the operation continues. @manniefabian

And a 3rd war not yet unleashed because its fighters are not yet armed.
The Iranian people yearning to be free. And willing after 47 year Islamic nightmare to risk everything and die to secure that freedom.
And a third war not yet begun because its fighters are not yet armed.
The people of Iran yearn for freedom. And after 47 years of the Islamic nightmare, they are willing to risk everything and die to secure that freedom.
quote:
As I and many others have pointed out, there are two distinct wars underway, though for the time being they overlap. Israel is targeting the regime and its capacity to attack Israel. America is targeting every element of Iranian power that makes it a strategic spoiler for future US operations, such as a possible confrontation with China: The navy, the missile production facilities, ports.
