Man Trump is pissing me off this ceasefire bullshite. Even if there is one agreed upon, everyone knows that it won’t last and we’ll be back in the same position in a month. I like Trump but sometimes he’s too obsessed with “making a deal”. Sometimes you can’t make a deal

The good news is I’m not in charge of any of these military decisions. I probably shouldn’t have posted after a draining week at hospital.
I was looking at this through a medical perspective. I’ve seen patients sacrifice limbs in order to save lives from dangerous infections that would have otherwise killed them.
It is fair that nuclear warfare would set precedents for places like china to nuke Taiwan. That’s why no country wants to be the first to do it.
I see the problem. This war is a bad situation. And I don’t see many off ramps. I don’t think these little air strikes are getting anything done.

I agree. Sucks because he said “No new wars” and he we are. I get it, but you cannot half arse a whole country. Cuba… sure. Venezuela… sure. Not Iran who has fricked with us since the late 60’s.

Never engage in conflict - especially with one's military - absent a singular, clear objective ---- to win. If a superior force fails to win, the opposition is seen as victorious and becomes more embolden going forward.
