Seth, i'm not seeing hard evidence here. i'm seeing a bunch of numbers that say this was unlikely but not likely.
i will say he's far more polished at data presentation then the rest of these dudes.

point 1 isn't actually verified but there was some activity that indicated it could have been.
point 2- there were logs that weren't in the same folder as they were in prior image, we don't know what those logs were even with the prior image though so may or may not have been anything. they didn't bother or know how to check deleted files it appeared when the crowd asked.
point 3- could warrant some more investigation or could be explainable as it involved partitioning of the system which wiped data as a side effect. would like to hear the explanation of why they had to deploy like that and wipe the data. although i'm also not clear on what was wiped here either or if something was just moved. the guys didn't have much info on it yet, and hadn't investigated it at all before being on screen.

For a tech and cyber guy who did not know that an Ethernet port is a comm port, you sure are pushing hard that you know all about packets and if they have or have not been given out...
