Stop navel-gazing and be pragmatic. Your values are your own and you shouldn’t look for them in a politician.
Trump is considered a con-man, has no doubt screwed over many people in business, cheated on his wives, etc.
But “conservatives” voted for him anyway in 2016 and at the very least we got a Supreme Court justice out of it (and lots of other fed judges).
Voting for Trump was a sign that conservatives have finally started to grow up, politically (and you see how he’s been treated by the left, because they realize this).
Refusing to vote for Rispone because he went back on his word in a heated political campaign would show that Louisiana conservatives didn’t get the memo.
