What's to stop a left leaning organization like the ACLU suing and winning? Then we will have no 2A and no stop and frisk.

It IS a police state...BUT that's not why I said offer it in exchange for gun control.
We both know the right isn't budging on guns and the left won't budge on stop and frisk.
The left would be forced to admit where the majority of gun violence happens or STFU about guns.

You cannot deal with democrats. They take and immediately demand more and like someone else said they judge shop until they get what they want. There is a leftward ratchet on the courts. A pro-left decision is precedent forever. A pro-right decision lasts until the next dem president appoints enough leftist judges to overturn it.
For example 10-15 years ago it was merely "we only want gay marriage on the ballot." Even though they got smoked in 40 votes in a row now you are a bigot for suggesting that everyone with a dick should use the men's room.
