Alcohol does way more damage in this country than any drug. While we are at it, fast food and other shitty food causes an obesity and heart disease epidemic. I guess we should ban alcohol and unhealthy food since people can't control themselves.

At some point these pollyannas who live protected lives are going to have to realize that drugs and alcohol are part of the American experience and always have been.
Yes they are damaging but freedom comes with tradeoffs and I prefer freedom.
