This can't be. The news, Rand Paul and democrats--- are saying DJT needs congress critter approval to blow up their drug runner boats, subs and declare war w/ congressional approval.
While congress is on vacays to vineyards and are closed.

Trump definitely knows about this. Right talk shows have had it on their radar for a long time. Especially how they e been training ME terrorists.

Muslims have hundreds of training camps in the middle east and places like the Philippines. They dont need to be closer to American surveillance.
