It’s not an intentionally misrepresented position to attack the argument. The argument is the double standard being set by the people attending. This leftist that are setting these policies such as mask mandates, election moratoriums, quarantines from certain states, etc. are the ones attending.

Look, I know you can’t be that stupid. Get the BLM cum out of your eyes and you’ll see the hypocrisy.

i wasn't aware Obama was signing any legislation these days. do you also blame Trump, George Bush, and Clinton for these current mask laws? or only Obama?

I'm just wondering if they will all be wearing masks. You know, follow their own recs for every body.

But they won't.

It's bullshite. And you know it.

Here's the mayor of DC at a wedding right after she told the city they have to wear a mask everywhere they go

the mayors and governors know that wearing masks isn't actually gonna do shite to stop covid. they just want something they can point at so that they can say they are trying to do something. when cases blow up they can just say "well not enough people followed the mask mandate" and shift blame away from themselves. welcome to politics.

If you are actually anti mask mandates you should be celebrating a big name like Obama ignoring them and getting some attention that noone thinks these mask mandates are important

And it’s almost guaranteed that she will be at the party for Barry. All this while the ones that vote for her are saying they see no problem with it

But he’s not making policy anymore so you should ignore his actions, right?

You truly are too dumb and inconsistent to formulate any type of argument.

what about him throwing a birthday party with 500 people tells you that Obama is pro mask mandate? I haven't talked to him in a while, he might be just as pissed off about the mandate as the rest of you now that the vaccine is available.

Well, that would make some sense if these same people weren't telling the world that they need to do the exact opposite of what they're doing. How you were able to completely ignore that aspect of the argument is beyond me.

Because the attendees and political party which he represents is strictly about mask mandates. Don’t be upset that your own argument was used against you.

People always say some obvious partisan shite around here but he doesn't realize he's the opposite side of the same coin. He has to say the opposite simply as a Pavlovian response.

i feel that people's frustrations are misguided. they shouldnt be complaining about people having large functions and events at the same time as they are bitching about lockdowns. if my argument was that we shouldn't have restrictions or lockdowns, which is the stance i support, I wouldn't also be bitching about people having large events.

if the headline was that Trump was having a birthday party with 500 people in attendance, the same people complaining about Obama doing it in this thread would be celebrating him as a hero for standing up to the pro-maskers

People are pissed about the double standard effectuated by the Democratic Party, not the birthday party itself. They’re doing it by attending parties like this and you’re too partisan to see it.

i'm anti partisan. i hate the democrats and i hate the republicans in congress. no shite they have double standards, they are all corrupt douchebags. I don't have a problem with Obama having a birthday party with 500 people in attendance because I would support you or me or anyone else doing the same thing. I would expect the democrats to be bitching about Obama having a big party more than anyone else, but I guess I was wrong about that.

You don’t understand republicans who have been locked down, forced to mask, have had limits on their relatives funerals, have had eviction moratoriums enforced on their rental properties, who have been taxed into the ground under the guise of Covid by our democrat overlords could see the double standard here, especially after our governor instituted more mask mandates today?

I would walk into a 3rd grade classroom today and they could understand this better than you.

And don’t act like you’re anything other than a left wing shill.

I had to do this for my father's aunt. Her husband was livid. I'm as anti lockdown as anyone, therefore I'm not anti birthday parties as you apparently are.

I like how you keep bringing up double standards and democratic policies while avoiding the subject of the thread. Do you support people being allowed to have birthday parties with 500 people or not? I do

What's funny is I was kind of proud of my progressivism in 2008 because I thought the doomsday "racists" who said Obama would take down America were just skyscreamers and even though he was a Democrat he might actually bring us even closer together. Even the people who tried warning everyone about Obama couldn't have guessed we'd be where we are now.
