Obamacare has been stopped

According the the CDC, the Obamacare uninsured numbers have stopped falling. The CDC reported that 16% of Americans had no insurance in March, 2010 when the law passed.
When Obama left office, the number was down to 9%. The number has stayed the same after 15 months of the Trump administration, and refuses to fall under 9%.
Look for the number to rise, not fall.

There is no longer a penalty for not having insurance. Look for that number to fall again as people opt out of the shitty insurance because they no longer need it to avoid the penalty

What percentage of people with "insurance" never access its benefits because their deductible went through the roof?

Not sure how you can think this reflects well on Obamacare.
Either:
1. Obamacare drove up prices (it did, year after year) to the point that people could not afford it and just went without health insurance
2. The mandate being revoked freed people up to make their own choices. Rather than paying $1000-$2000/mo for a family plan they opted out and are self insured.
And fyi: poor people always had insurance (medicaid), before and after Obamacare raped the middle class.

Roberts should be forced off the court for his tortured and nonsensical opinion.

It really depends if insurance carriers go back to offering individual plans.
This past year you could not buy one. There were 4 types of plans offered (at least in Massachusetts) Employer plans, medicare, medicaid, and health connector (obamacare) those were the only options.
I am on Obamacare, because I work for a small company that does not offer insurance (I do get a 2500 reimbursement for insurance from my company). If I wanted health insurance in my state this year, I had to sign up for obamacare.
Open enrollment was already underway by the time the mandate was repealed. I really hope they offer individual plans like they did prior to the health connector going into place now that there is no mandate.
But I got a cheap plan Bronze 250 a month and a 2750 deductible, to cover me for catastrophic. Better than the silver and gold counterparts with 450 / 600 dollar premiums, and 2000/1000 respective deductibles. But i'm 36 and in pretty good shape and only go to preventative care (1 physical, 2 dental cleaning yearly and an eye appointment every other year) So thats what i'm rolling with. I will drop it if they offer individual plans again in my state.

When not forced to fund an already over-priced system, people will tend to opt out of it? I would have never guessed that.

"Insurance" =/= healthcare
"Insurance" =/= access
