Leading a mob to disrupt a legislative proceeding, on an unrelated bill, is a threat to Democracy.
They should probably be looking at lengthy prison sentences according to your committee's work.

Have you ever read the insurrection act and looked at the times it was actually invoked? At least half the times the insurrection act has been invoked it’s been for riots and labor strikes. So by the very definition of insurrection, every democrat who supported the riots of 2020 were supporting an insurrection.

I know you're not aware of this but when we use words, we're using English. That's a language, and languages have words that are commonly defined in a book. That book is called a dictionary.
If we were talking about law, we'd call them seditionists - though only a few from January 6 have been charged with / found guilty of that particular crime.
