re: Obama: "I don't have to run for office anymore, so I can just let it rip"

Not the way a president should conduct the office. Hurts me to say that, because I certainly respect the office. But true.
Couldn't agree more. He makes it incredibly difficult to respect the office he holds.

It is kind of fun watching him melt. He's finally come to realizing that he is, in effect, largely a non-entity. That way he can focus on campaigning, which is what he really likes most anyway, and continue to fail at doing his job.

I like it. He needs to pimp slap the house Gop and laugh at them at this point.

I find it to be poor leadership. He comes off as smug, no one in private sector would survive blaming their faults and failures on everyone else.

When I saw the content of the OP I heard the sounds of half empty pubtard heads exploding all across the nation. Obama is about to go on a 24/7 trollathon on the butthurt wingers and its going to be glorious.

He needs to make jokes and quote movie lines because he can't do anything else. Even people in his own party and the media that has been covering for him all along are realizing he is nothing but an empty suit. Only a few partisan hacks like yourself think what he is doing is cool. But the people in your group are getting smaller everyday. Most are smart enough or too embarrassed to claim support for such a failure.

This. The GOP is a shadow of what they once were. They were committed to blocking this president from day 1, and he did what he had to do to get things done.

Yeah, he is gonna start humiliating them when he feels like it. They have it coming too. Should be entertaining.

And what did he "get done" exactly? He has been incredibly subpar as Presidents are concerned and may end up going down as one of the worst fiscal Presidents of all time.

Not even close. His initial stimulus that jacked up the debt were all to fix a massive problem that existed when he took office.
He has been so much better fiscally than the previous administration it is comical. If Romney had been elected we would be going in the opposite direction again. Romney's plan was the most irresponsible plan ever put forth by any candidate IMO.

This dude is a masterful public speaker. Just like any famous Hollywood actor. He's got the IQ to match any of them as well.

Don't think it is a question. It is a statement that is pretty tough toargue with.

Like vetoing a bill when republicans pass it then realizing it was a good idea so he bypasses congresses to rewrite the law himself?

And, yes, using taxpayer dollars to stop executive over reach is a valid use of tax dollars... If that was your "question".

Honestly, the most shocking aspect of the OP is that Barack Obama is cognizant of the fact that he is not running for office.
He has never stopped campaigning long enough to actually be President.
