Too late to do anything with them because we allowed that psycho regime to have a nuke hanging over heads which allows our national policy to be dictated taking that into account.

Halftards always want to pinpoint the issue and cannot comprehend that multiple issues are at play.
For decades Iran needed to be dealt with. The export of terrorism alone was reason to give them a thumping.
It was always going to be a challenge due to the fragility of the dirty Hormuz and effects on global oil supply.
So nobody ever had the gonads to attempt to hammer them even though they were begging for it.
Now imagine Iranian regime delivering an unabated attack on US bases in the region.
Now imagine a nuclear armed Iran attacking our bases.
They, a government that machine guns their own citizens, would have completely controlled the Persian gulf and the flow of oil. Effectively, they would have much control over the world.
And that doesn’t even include the threat to Israel which was rapidly becoming ginormous.
