Indeed. The MSM is complicit in joining the prior administration in shitting on the Constitution via the bogus FISA applications.
Their circular logic employed to rationalize spying on American citizens is staggering at best and the stuff nightmares is made of, in reality. When it all shakes out, the actions of the Obama IC will make Watergate look like an episode of Sesame Street.
The difference is Spygate featured the media as co-conspirators, not the ones who brought daylight to the crimes. They know they're guilty AF and that's why you see baseless works of fiction like this NYT op-ed.
Nikki Haley didn't write it because no one outside of Times Square wrote it.

The entire point of the op-ed is to get people to speculate who the author might be, and build the case why any one of 12k "senior officials" could be the author.
