So, I'm sitting on my couch and this commercial comes on.

My first thought was "Libs really do have mental disorders".

How can a state that's so deeply blue and has some of the highest tax rates in America blatantly admit that low/no taxes are beneficial to an economy?

That's funny cause I think the same thing every time that commercial comes on. In one commercial they contradict their whole stupid platform.

I actually looked up the website because I thought it may have been some kind of joke.

Business taxes take money away from businesses that will use it well and throw the money into the Sarlacc Pit of government waste.

Everyone knows it is true.

People just have varying degrees of honesty when their core beliefs are challenged even when faced with reality.

I agree w/ that, but for a state filled to the teeth w/ Liberals to come right out and basically admit low/no taxes help an economy is stunning, no?

It would be like Utah running a pro choice commercial....nationally.

Oh wow. I'm up in NY so I thought it was local and that it would fly over the heads of the liberals that surround me. That makes it even more ridiculous.

Lol. I thought the same exact thing the first time I saw that commercial. Mild schizophrenia must be pretty common in NY.

It's running in Oregon. Not many states further away than here.

That commercial has been on a wide flight. Must have been a big media buy. Hilarious.

Anybody have a YouTube video of it? I literally left NYC 3 months ago disillusioned with the rediculous cost of living, debt death spiral politicians, and paying more than 40% in taxes and getting attitude from cops after calling 911 after waiting 45 minutes in a nice neighborhood. It's an awesome place to live in your 20's but is no place to raise a family.

Is my link not coming up for you?

BTW, I did look for it on YouTube, but I can't find it there.

I'm jealous. I'm trying to move out of here ASAP. I'm disillusioned as well. After a while it's just not worth it any more (at least for me).

Crazy about your 911 call. My friend was the victim of a hit and run and the cops never showed after she called them several times.
