How do you tell a business owner that he MUST stay in business? How do you propose to pay for the bureaucracy to monitor and enforce all these regulations to save minimum wage jobs? And those who are caught in the squeeze--make to much to warrant a pay raise but not enough to afford the increase in prices and taxes?
