I’ve been anti-Cassidy since his first election. The dude creeped me out the couple times I’ve been in a room with him, and I’ve heard he thinks his morals and judgment are infallible, all while being a piece of shite.
I will refuse to donate to anyone in the state party until the GOP finds a way to get him out or make his life miserable.

I assume he will make a transitional role for someone in the cabinet who already knows he/she is retiring to give way to him.
