I love how this dickhead Coons is trying to say somehow that she was not qualified to be a judge bc she criticized a finding of Roberts that a now repealed law (mandate) is unconstitutional; when 4 judges wrote a criticism of the same opinion.

Five justices said that it was constitutional at the time so that means it is always constitutional. It's like they have no idea that precedent is overturned all of the time. If not we would still have the separate but equal doctrine that was decided in Plessy V Fergson.

That’s exactly what he’s doing.
Judges and lawyers disagree with each other all the time. It’s only disagreeable when it’s personal. It’s quite despicable.
If Kamala goes all Kamala on ACB - I will cut her. However, even Kamala isn’t even that stupid. She’ll probably just make a speech. And ACB will look even smarter than she already does by comparison.
