Actually, they have been. They've been really, really clear about the fact that they are dodging the question and refusing to answer it. Which can only mean that packing the court is exactly what they intend to do.

Yea I can’t watch Fox News anymore.
They had Buttigieg on a morning show the other day and let him speak in narratives for about 5 minutes straight each time. He flat out lied numerous times, said many controversial or argumentative things. They never even so much as countered him in the slightest. Never challenged, never questioned. Just let him spew Democrat talking points unimpeded
