North Korea threatens to send troops into the demilitarized zone

LINK

The Kim Jong Un regime is threatening to send troops into the demilitarized zone that separates North Korea and South Korea after demolishing the building that served as a diplomatic mission between the rivals. Over the past week, Pyongyang has vented fury about North Korean defectors living in the South who have been flying anti-government leaflets back over the border.

The de-facto embassy building was officially known as the Inter-Korean Liaison Office. It was only established in 2018, standing just north of the heavily-militarized border in the city of Kaesong.

On Tuesday, North Korea levelled it, and state-run media showed video of the demolition.

But while it was a highly provocative, and deeply symbolic move, it wasn't the end of it. Pyongyang has threatened to go further, redeploying military forces to border areas that have been demilitarized for years.

SK should literally soak the ground with flammables enough to burn for a week and tell the NK's, come ahead.

SK has an excellent army, but no nukes.

i dont think they would drop one if they had one. thats the problem, the good guys cant drop one and will catch hell if they do.

but the rogue nations who have them can do so first. Saying that, if NK ever did set off a nuke somewhere they would be a pile of dust within hours.

It's China, period they run N. Korea and are trying to deflect in any direction and take advantage of world chaos. They need to get the heat off and saber rattling if loud enough will focus all the hate towards the little man.....

For the military-types that know this kind of stuff:

Wouldn't NK have to fire a nuke at South Korea on a short-range missile?

And couldn't we intercept that missile while it was still in NK airspace with a patriot or something? Thereby minimizing any potential nuclear fallout over SK?

Would not be surprised to see China behind this.
