Acknowledging it? Sure. But just because your grandparents might've done something heinous, doesn't mean you have one whit of responsibility for that. Just as you have no responsibility for Henry VIII causing his wives heads to be cut off, you also have no responsibility for what your grandparents did. Same thing.
Good thing too, because it sounds like your grandparents were pricks!

I don't you I don't even dwell on it. My whole point was it was a bad thing and when we discuss it we shouldn’t try and make it not a bad thing.
I dont think we should all move back to europe or wall around feeling bad about it all the time.
We’re talking about an article that’s basically trying to excuse it on a historical moral relativism basis.
