Servers won’t have to pay tax on claimed tips & plant workers won’t pay tax on OT. What’s the problem?

There are justifications for "undertaxed" claims, but they're rarely addressed.

Most people don't pay very much in taxes. We probably could eliminate taxes under $100k in income and not notice it.

Trump wants to eliminate income tax for 93% of Americans.

That would get close to the original parameters of the system when it was rolled out in 1916 (it only hit 1% of people then).
