The issue is they shave all thru training and fine then one day go to medical or chaplain and get the waiver because they don’t want to buy razors or shave. It’s all the shite bags

I had formation for uniform standards about 20 yrs ago. Now, I walk around Barksdale. I don't see same standards.

Good luck with it. Not saying I disagree with upholding standards but anytime you have a policy change that affects blacks more than any other particular group, you’re going to fight an uphill battle with the race card being wielded as a weapon.

But get real man. Those dudes are so removed from the conventional military that they are under different rules.
For the conventional Army, AR 670-1 rules. I've been retired from being a 1SG for 10 years and I still know how it's done.

Well, anyone with relaxed grooming standards.

there are exceptions for shaving. there should be SOME exceptions. but it shouldn't be half the command having a beard.
