Given the DIA has had a CCP defector in hand for MONTHS, and the SecState* didn't even know about it, something tells me the talk of a massive disconnect between Asterisk's administration and the MIL is greater than some on here might've given the Pentagon credit for.

I'm unfamiliar with pentagon protocol, but don't they raise and lower the flag every day like all other military installations? The ones I was stationed at always took the flag down at 1700 and I see these images are after that time.

Makes one question Richard’s motive, he was in the military and a lifelong resident of the area. He should know the flag protocol on a military installation.
