"I don't get confused," was a bold stroke unlike most of Trump's cabinet and appointed arse-licks who don't have the balls to call out Trump on his lies, chaos, and indecision. She didn't back down, opposes Trump caving in again to his role model, and gassing enabler - Vlad, and is odds-on-favorite to become our first woman president.

Let me help you out. I am a multi-decade, card carrying independent who is generally conservative on economic and security issues, and moderate/liberal on social issues such as choice, pro-DACCA, and preservation of social security. I loathe extremist on the left and the right (most on this board), and feel that democracy is under threat with the radicalization of our party politics which destroys compromise which is what our founding fathers intended. I also think that Trump and his corrupt family are shallow and self-serving menaces to our country and the planet. Yep, the tax incentives helped jack up the solid economy that he inherited, but will have to see how we can sustain the trajectory of deficits that are showing up.
Nikki Haley is demonstrating moderate / right leaning leadership that could propel her to be the first woman president appealing to Republicans, Democrats, and Independents like me.
