so it's not all that significant

Right. Nothing to worry about at all lol.

You ever run a business? You worry about everything. You are proactive. You guard and promote your brand. The NFL is failing at all these and the negative ratings show it. Its damn significant moving forward.

Wouldn’t something bad have to happen to melt over? Can you point out the thing In your imagination I’m supposed to be upset about?

If Kareem Hunt doesn’t get in the endzone later today I’ll be a little salty, I’ll say that. Is that what you’re referring to? Mike Evans has also been bumming me out all season, what a terrible draft pick.

Hey SDVTiger - no one cares that you don’t watch NFL anymore. Please call the suicide prevention line if that fact causes you depression

Moms are not letting their boys play football as much. Youth football has been declining several % a year for a decade now.

Yep, we had to combine our two High Schools here. You'll start seeing it die out.

Just wait for when all these young urban democrats start losing contract money over this because their teams can't afford them.

That's when the real oppressive mets will kick off.

Coming from the guy who has convinced himself we’re melting but can’t for the life of him identify why.

Somebody sounds crazy, it’s not who you think.

Meh, actions like protecting a race baiting liar like the idiot on the Seahawks is what causes this.

The point at which next year's advertisers sign new contracts and tickets go on sale can't get here fast enough.

I'll be cracking a beer and laughing at every article where athletes, coaches et all are signing contracts at significantly lower numbers.

They can all thank the kap for the sinking ship.

Nope. The kneeling nonsense was a flash in the pan momentarily aggravated by the dim bulb in chief. No one is talking about that any more.
The NFL ruined their product by making every team mediocre. This league is filled with watered down talent, terrible officiating, unspeakably poor leadership, and dumb rules that perpetuate poor practice and preparation.
The league has been spiraling for years; kneeling has nothing to do with the product.

Nah. See my post above. The NFL doubling down by protecting POS players like the guy on the Seahawks is doubling down on those actions.

This is also correct.

This too. Makes it easier for officials to control games. But that's another story. It is all too predictable.

quote:

The league has been spiraling for years; kneeling has nothing to do with the product.

Make no mistake, the kneeling was another straw on the camel's back. Is it the one that breaks it? Probably not, but it is one of the biggest.

The Progressive left was going to destroy the sport one way or another, either with lawsuits over CTE or now, the anti-American protests. Either way the sport won't be the same in 10 years. We are already seeing this "evolution" and outside of fantasy football, it ISN'T that entertaining anymore.
