None of this is odd when you realize that Professor McGonagall gave SFP the time-turner at the beginning of her third year at Hogwarts in 1993. This was because she wanted to take all of the classes available and therefore needed to be in two places at once.

It's not the fraud, it's funding a criminal terrorist groups that should concern you.
