Health care for those tens of millions of immigrants and how that affects Obamacare will be the hill that Dems chose to die on. I have no idea how Trump finesses this but he’d better pull something out of the hat. I well remember him saying in his first campaign “we’re not going to just let people stand on the street and die”.
