The idea that a successful incumbent has the onus of winning over his own voters against a weak candidate who won't come out of hiding is pretty stupid.

Had no one ever seen these bullshite polls, we'd all be talking landslide. Now you know why pollsters do this.

But if people don't want to come out because of COVID the stories are going to be about the sparse turnouts. Competent authoritarians tend to bus people in, but he hasn't managed this yet.

These polls are not of the unbiased population, they are of the leftover population that didn't tell the pollster to frick off.

There should be a number of people who declined to answer anything along with the numbers of R & D & I.

We are supposed to believe after the governor's horrid performance that people are going to rush out and vote Biden 56%.

We are supposed to believe this poll is relevant when the actual person who will be president in 6 months hasn't been named yet. Even if biden chickens out of the debates whoever the VP nominee is will be a kook and won't have the option to say nothing about what they will do.

"GOP pollster" doesn't mean jack shite either.

He can easily drum up 5k in a smaller arena. As long as he has millions steaming (14 million) for Tulsa he'll be fine.

The media can harp on small turnouts but that shouldn't be the case if you move it to smaller venues and still have it packed.

His main focus is going on the offensive to try and bring Biden out. It's a plausible idea and should be tried out.

He did 135 rallies in 2016 in 4 months.

If he doesn't have any before the RNC (end of August) he would have had 45 by that point in 2016. That's going to do him in the long run - swing voters need to here about Biden and his issues.

The 16 exit polling revealed this. Trump voters, in large numbers, refuse to talk to pollsters. But most of this is suppression tactics.

Does it surprise anyone that criminals are suddenly the good guys, especially all those who would vote for one in Biden.
Everybody who thinks that giving the presidency to Biden will be good for all of us should look at those socialist countries and learn how they treat their citizens. You couch potato's who expect the government to really care for you will be very surprised at ow they will let us all sink into our graves.

I voted Trump in 2016 and will do so enthusiastically again this year but I don't think he has a chance in hell this time.

This. We didn't get as much accomplished as I hoped, but at least there will be single digit circuit court vacancies for Biden and his vp to inherit. Great progress was made there.

The reality is we are likely losing the Senate as well so Biden will have a blank check for their agenda. You can bet your arse they will take advantage if it, unlike republicans, too.
